Shipping Questions

Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe.
Processing time takes between 1-6 business days to ship products.

Once the courier has your package, it can take 24 to 48 hours to update in their system.

After processing, standard shipping time 1-3 weeks with pandemic delays making some products up to 5 weeks.
Yes! Look for the products tagged "Fast Shipping" for items whose logistics has recovered from pandemic delays. Paid expedited shipping is temporarily not available.
